Riverfront Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Riverfront Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 110 bed nursing facility that offers short term

rehabilitation, long term care, palliative care and hospice care. It is our mission to promote

the optimum health and well being of each of our residents through assistance, recreation

and education.

We are conveniently located one mile east of Manatee Memorial Hospital, nestled beside the Manatee

River. At State Rd. 64/Manatee Avenue on 15th Street East. (105 15th Street East Bradenton, FL 34208).

Our experienced and caring interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, nutritional services, social workers and physical,

occupational and speech therapists are committed to achieving and maintaining the maximum health potential for each of residents

and provide a smooth transition for our short term patients returning home. Our team invites the resident and family to participate

when generating a plan of care that is appropriate for each resident.

Our care team is experienced in a wide variety of complicated medical problems including diabetes,

cardiac problems, wound care, post surgical care, orthopedic rehabilitation, gastrointestinal disorders

including those that require tube feedings. We also offer wound care including wound vacs.

Our facility invites family and friends to visit 24 hours a day and pet visits are welcomed. We also offer a

wide variety of on site activities and socials so we have something to suit each individual’s needs and

interests and we invite family and friends to participate in our social activities with their loved ones.
